Javier is a collision-industry operator and organizational effectiveness advisor with more than 20 years of experience across multi-site operations, field leadership, franchise ownership, P&L management, performance systems, and executive stakeholder engagement.
His perspective comes from operating inside the complexity: leading teams, managing locations, building accountability, handling customer and production pressure, and making decisions where execution—not theory—determines the outcome.
He founded Twin Pillars Operations Group and developed the OPTIMUS™ Framework to help growing collision organizations build clearer structures, stronger leaders, and more scalable systems.
